Privacy policy

Last updated: 3 November 2026 (version 2026-11-draft).

This page explains what data we collect when you join the Aeloma waiting list, why, and how to exercise your rights.

Who is responsible for your data?

[First name Last name], sole trader operating under the trade name Aeloma, [address to be completed]. Contact: contact@aeloma.com

What data?

When you sign up: your email address and your profile (pilot or client); if you provide them, your first name, your postcode and the types of missions you are interested in; for pilots, the certification level you declare; for clients, your type (individual, business, public body) and, if you provide it, the name of your organisation; the language used, and the advertising campaign or website that brought you here.

To prove your consent, we also keep its date, the version of this text, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser type.

Why?

Only to let you know when Aeloma launches near you, to measure interest in the service by region and type of mission, and to know which advertising campaigns work. Your data is never sold or rented.

On what basis?

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and then confirming your email address. You can withdraw it at any time.

For how long?

Until the service launches and then for 12 months at most, or until you unsubscribe if that happens earlier. A sign-up that is never confirmed is deleted after 30 days.

Who can access it?

Only the Aeloma team. Our technical providers process it on our behalf and following our instructions: hosting by Scaleway (France) and email delivery by Brevo (France).

Where is it stored?

In the European Union. It is not transferred outside.

How is it protected?

Restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS), time-limited confirmation links stored only as fingerprints.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. If we add audience measurement, it will be cookie-free and hosted in the European Union, and this page will be updated.

Your rights

At any time you can access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, ask for its portability and withdraw your consent (unsubscribe link in our emails). Write to us at contact@aeloma.com.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
